Free delivery on all orders within India.

Round The Cocktails Private Limited (“RTCPL”, “we”, “us”) is committed to delivering your order safely, in good condition, and within the promised time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, using reputed courier partners.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India.
If your location is not covered by our delivery partners, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.

How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed, depending on the quantity and stock availability.

  • Major cities usually receive their orders within 4–5 working days from dispatch.

  • Other locations are generally delivered within 8–10 working days from dispatch.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (for example, courier delays, weather, strikes, or local restrictions).

How is my order packed and shipped?

  • Your order will be packed, sealed and shipped from our dedicated company warehouse.

  • We use sturdy, environment-friendly corrugated boxes and protective packing to help ensure your mixers reach you in good condition.

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking link and shipping updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp (where you have opted in to receive such messages).

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders

We take a lot of care while packing, but in the rare event that your order is:

  • delivered in a visibly damaged or tampered condition, or

  • contains leaking, broken or incorrect items,

please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos/video of the outer box, inner packing and the affected product(s).
