Round The Cocktails Private Limited ("RTCPL", "Company", "we" or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of those who visit www.bartisans.in (the "Site") and use our products and services.

RTCPL manufactures and sells non alcoholic cocktail and mocktail mixers. We do not sell alcoholic beverages on this Site. Our products can be enjoyed with or without alcohol. We encourage responsible consumption at all times.

This Privacy Policy explains how, when and why we collect, use and share information about our customers and visitors, and what choices you have. It does not apply to websites or services that we do not own or control. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may share Aggregate Information that does not identify you personally with third parties for business, analytical or marketing purposes.

6. Shopify and payment processing

The Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. which provides the online e commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application on secure servers behind firewalls.

If you choose a direct payment gateway or other method to complete your purchase, your payment data is processed by Shopify, Razorpay or other payment processors. These providers encrypt and handle your payment information in line with PCI DSS and other applicable standards and store it only as long as necessary to complete the transaction.

7. Data security

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect the information we receive from you against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted through secure socket layer (SSL) technology and handled by PCI DSS compliant providers. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure, but we work to protect your information in line with applicable standards.

8. Third party sites and services

The Site may contain links to third party websites, apps or services. Once you leave the Site or are redirected to a third party platform, this Privacy Policy no longer applies and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
